I remember an occassion where I was sitting with a group of friends having coffee and chatting about our passions.  As the conversation became more animated, we realized we all had a similiar dream - to provide a place for homeless women to recover from addiction and regain their footing in the world.  Dream are fabulous and every great program begins with a vision.  But how do you get from the visionary stage to actuality?  How do you know what the next right thing to do is?  Visionaries, people with passion are what makes a good program great!
